Biodynamic farming, also known as "energy farming" is an all natural way to help give your plants a little extra boost while they grow. I had first hand experience with this while studying environmental science abroad in Australia. After we ate a meal we would save our compost (any biodegradable waste such as banana peels, apple cores, bread scraps) in a bucket and then take it to our garden during the week. The compost acts as a natural fertilizer for the soil. In an article by Steve Diver he thoroughly explains this unique form of farming. http://attra.ncat.org/attra-pub/biodynamic.html
